Jatkuva haku / Continuous application

Jättämällä hakemuksen tällä lomakeella haet avustusta TTER:n jatkuvassa haussa.

Jatkuva haku on auki lukukausien ajan. Heinäkuussa rahasto on lomalla jolloin hakemuksia ei käsitellä eikä avustuksia voida maksattaa. Heinäkuussa jätetyt hakemukset käsitellään elokuun alussa.

You can apply for grants from TTE-Fund by filling this form.

The continuous application period is open during the academic terms. TTER does not process applications or pay grants during the holiday month of July. Applications send during July will be processed in the beginning of August.

  • Jatkuva haku / The continuous application period

    Jatkuvan haun projekteihin myönnetään ainoastaan haettu rahasumma tai ei mitään. Toisin sanoen, mikäli johtokunta katsoo, että haettu summa on liian suuri projektiin nähden, projektiin ei myönnetä avustusta.

    Rahasto harvoin tukee hankkeita, joissa ei ole omaa panosta lainkaan.

    Myönnetty avustus on nostettava vuoden kuluessa sen myöntämisestä. Määräaikaan mennessä nostamatta jätetyt avustukset katsotaan rauenneiksi.

    Lähettämällä hakemuksen annat TTER:lle luvan julkaista hakijatahon ja projektin nimen ja kuvauksen TTER:n nettisivuilla mikäli avustus myönnetään.

    Mikäli hankkeesi alkuun on aikaa alle 3 viikkoa, olethan myös suoraan yhteydessä TTER:ään (tter(at)list.ayy.fi) varmistaaksesi avustuspäätöksen saapumisen ajoissa.

    TTER can only grant the applied amount or nothing. In other words, if TTER considers the applied amount to be too big for the significant project, the project can be left empty handed.

    TTER doesn’t mainly support projects, which includes no financial effort from the organizers.

    The report from the project must be returned within a year from the grant decision.

    By applying the grant from TTER you agree that TTER can publish name of the applicant and a short description of the project on it’s website.

    If the project will be starting within three weeks from sending the application, please contact us also by e-mail (tter(ät)list.ayy.fi) to ensure, that the application will be processed in time.

  • Hankkeen kuvaus / Description of the project

    Tässä osiossa on tarkoitus kuvailla hankettanne. Jatkuvan haun osalta nämä kentät toimivat itse hakemuksena

    In this section, you’re supposed to describe your project from different views. If you are sending application to continuous application period, these fields form the application.

  • Hakemuksen kohteesta riippuen yhdistyksen jäsenmäärä tai osallistujien määrä sekä valmistuneiden osuus edellisestä. / Depending on the subject of the application, the number of members of the association or the number of participants. Share of graduates from the previous one.
  • Kerro tässä myös, miten hanke näkyy, ja kuluu ja mitä mahdollistuuksia TTER:llä on näkyä.

  • Vuosibudjetti (tulot ja menot) sekä jäsenmaksun suuruus / The annual budget (income and expenses) and the amount of the membership fee

Onnistuneesta hakemuksen lähettämisetä lähtee automaattinen vahvistusviesti syöttämääsi sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Jos kyseinen vahvistusviesti ei saapunut perille niin tarkista, että olet täyttänyt kaikki lomakkeen pakolliset kohdat (*) oikein.
