Old user rights*

I've checked from the ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file for the user rights of the association's account and removed unnecessary user rights. I know all the people who have access to the account.

Content of WWW-folder*

I've checked that association's www-folder ~/www-data has no unnecessary files (i.e. old backups or unused programs). Correct place to archive such material is the account's home folder /home/account/.

Used web-programs

Does your association use PHP/Python web programs like forums, content management systems, image galleries or self-made programs? All programs installed in ~/www-data are considered to be in use. Please list all used programs and their versions.

I've checked that all used programs have been updated to a currently supported version. All security updates to software have been installed. If you don't know what this means, update software to most recent stable version.

As a person responsible for association's Otax-account, I pledge that we maintain all our web programs in an appropriate manner. I understand that this includes the responsibility to follow security updates.

If we install new web programs or our main administrator changes, we'll fill up this form again.
