You can find more information about all the facilities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayy.fi\/en\/rent-a-facility-or-van\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Reservation of facilities can be made via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tila.ayy.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TILA-system<\/a> by using your own Aalto username and password. In case you don\u2019t have an Aalto account, you can make a request for a reservation. facilities.<\/li>\n<li>to inform AYY, police or fire brigade immediately about any detected failures or defects.<\/li>\n<li>to return the key to AYY Service Office by 12noon on the next working day and report about any failures or defects. The report is required for granting the discharge from liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other user instructions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The usage regulations for AYY&#8217;s rental facilities should always be followed. Any breach in the user instructions and\/or rental terms will result in sanction payment.\u00a0In addition<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Silence hours of apartment buildings (Sun-Thu 22pm, Fri-Sat 23pm) must be obeyed.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>All instructions given by AYY&#8217;s representative must be strictly observed. The renter pays for unnecessary maintenance service orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sanctions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayy.fi\/en\/services-for-members\/usage-rules-for-rental-facilities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general terms and conditions for AYY&#8217;s rental facilities<\/a>\u00a0or these instructions are violated, the renter will have to pay compensation.<\/li>\n<li>Items lost or damaged must be compensated according to their purchase and possible assembly price. Grave breach of the general terms and conditions and \/ or rental terms may result in partial or full ban of AYY\u2019s facility usage and\/or police report.<\/li>\n<li>The compensation amount is determined by AYY&#8217;s facility sector in accordance with sanction amounts provided in the regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The facility you\u2019ve rented is the property of all AYY members.
