Associations can apply for a club room<\/strong> through the form on this page.<\/p>\n

The following club\u00a0rooms (address, acreage) are available for rent:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The application schedule is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The application form is open on 12noon on Wed, 25 Mar \u2013 11.59pm on Sun, 12 Apr.<\/p>\n

AYY\u2019s facility committee will address the received applications in week 16. AYY Board will decide on the allocation of facilities for associations based on the proposal of the facility committee in week 17. Contracts for facilities will be made from 1 May 2015\u00a0onwards. Rental agreements are valid until further notice, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

General information on the allocation of facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

When new club rooms or storage facilities become vacant, the general application period is announced in the association newsletter. Club facilities are mainly allocated to associations which do not already have facilities. Scores received by associations in the association grant application are taken into account if two or more associations receive the same score. However, club rooms and storage facilities are mainly allocated based on applications. The facility committee processes applications and gives them scores. Scores are evaluated based on applications. Scoring is used as a basis when the facility committee presents the allocation of facilities to the Board. Scores are not directly published. However, the reasons for choices are provided to the applicants in writing.<\/p>\n

Two or more associations may apply for a facility with a joint application. In this case, the application must include how the management and responsibilities of the facility (such as the payment of rent) is organised between the associations, in addition to other required issues.<\/p>\n

Facilities are allocated by using the scoring model for facilities rented for associations<\/a>.<\/p>\n
