Yhdenvertaisuuskyselyn tekemisen yhteydess\u00e4 keskusteltiin, ett\u00e4 AYY j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 kaikkia ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n j\u00e4seni\u00e4 koskevan yhdenvertaisuusp\u00e4iv\u00e4n. P\u00e4iv\u00e4 on suunniteltu j\u00e4rjestett\u00e4v\u00e4n kev\u00e4\u00e4n 2016 aikana. P\u00e4iv\u00e4n tarkoituksen on jakaa tietoa ja auttaa meit\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n yhdenvertaisuutta ty\u00f6ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4. P\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4n osallistuvat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t, hallitus ja vapaaehtoiset. <\/p>\n

Nyt voit vaikuttaa p\u00e4iv\u00e4n sis\u00e4lt\u00f6\u00f6n ja asioiden k\u00e4sittelyyn. Kerro mielipiteesi k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4vist\u00e4 aiheista ja ty\u00f6skentelytavoista alla olevaan lomakkeeseen. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 tietoa p\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4 seuraa helmikuun aikana.<\/p>\n

While AYY’s plan for equality was made we decided to arrange an equality day for the whole AYY work community. The equality day is planned to be arranged during the spring of 2016. The reason for having a such day is to help the whole working community understand the things which contribute to the equality of an working environment. The people participating in this day are the employers, the board and colunteers.<\/p>\n

Now you can influence have an influence on the topics and methods of the equality day. Tell us your opinion of the topics which should be covered and of the methods of working. More information about the equality day will follow on february.<\/p>\n
